🛍️ Purchase terms and returns

All store products are made to order: each item is produced especially for you when you place your order. This means we hold no stock and delivery times include production time.

Product images are representations of the final design. Small variations in colour or print placement may occur as part of the production process.

Once payment is confirmed, the order enters production automatically and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please double-check the size, quantity and shipping address before paying.

Prices shown in the store are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated before payment based on the destination country and are shown itemised.

Payment is made by card through a secure payment provider. ConnectaSec does not store your card details.

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. The estimated total time (production + shipping) is shown as a guide during checkout and may vary by destination.

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time or arrives damaged, write to hello@connectasec.com with your order number and we will sort it out.

If you live in the European Union, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with current consumer regulations.

To exercise this right, write to hello@connectasec.com with your order number. The product must be returned unused and in its original condition; return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Once received and checked, we will refund the product amount within a maximum of 14 days.

If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect, a damaged print, or does not match what you ordered, we will replace it or refund the full amount, including shipping costs.

Write to hello@connectasec.com within 30 days of receipt, with photos of the defect and your order number. You do not need to return the defective product unless we ask you to.

Products with sizes include a measurement guide on each product page. We recommend checking it before buying, as choosing the wrong size is not considered a product defect, although it is still covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal.

These terms are governed by current Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of Barcelona, unless consumer regulations establish a different jurisdiction in favour of the consumer.
